We will start by defining the goals for your event. With this in mind, we will help to find the perfect venue, then assemble a dynamic team of vendors to bring your event to life. We will keep the spreadsheets, lists, vendors, appointments, and budget in check, making sure the planning process is streamlined. We create detailed timelines and oversee the production on event day, making sure everything looks and feels as planned, personally taking care of everything that needs attention all day.

DESTINATION EVENTS

Are you planning a destination event from afar with complex travel components? This service covers all those challenging aspects of planning a destination event. We help you select the perfect host hotel for your guests and guide you through the process of contracting a room block.

We’ll assemble an expert team of vendors pulling resources from both local and destination suppliers. We will assist with planning transportation arrangements, and if needed, multiple weekend activities and events. We create detailed production schedules and oversee the entire schedule of events.
